The 4^th on the 3^rd

The success of the parade is dependent on neighborhood and community participants, so all residents are invited to dress in red, white and blue and walk in the parade or decorate wagons, bicycles, and ATVs to ride the route. Classic cars and canine participants are also welcome. If you would like to be a part of the parade, just meet at 10:30 a.m. on Kaufman Street to line up. If you just want to view the festivities, find a spot along the route and enjoy the “Fourth on the Third.”

In addition, the City of Rockwall’s Farmer’s Market will be in full swing on the square both before and after the parade.
